Magical Goa Nightlife

Goa Nightlife

Goa is much famous for its many sun-kissed beaches that get converted into thriving party venues late in the evenings offering the people--grooving to some of the latest chartbusters--the pleasures of the Goa nightlife non-stop.

In fact, it is the nightlife of Goa that has really made Goa the place that it is--one of the most 'happening' tourist destinations in India and even abroad. Yes, the Goa nightlife has certainly much added to the appeal of the wonderful destination that Goa is.

The "Entertainment Paradise" par excellence, Goa has several restaurants cum bars--some of which are also wonderful nightclubs. Actually, there are some places in Goa where every third house is a restaurant-cum-bar that offers chilled beer and excellent Goan food.

The nightlife of Goa revolves around wine, dine and party. The much famous Rave parties spice-up the nightlife of Goa much and often prove to be a big hit attracting visitors from all over India and abroad. The crowds, grooving to rave music at such parties, include the visitors from Europe and Israel.

Since booze, drugs, and loud music often characterize the nightlife of Goa, such parties are often thrown at a very short notice for fear of attracting the 'unwanted' attention of the police and local administration.

The Lidos, the Ozone, Titos, and Beachotheque are some of the most happening night clubs of Goa. They, together with Anjuna, Dona Paula, Colva, Baga, Miramar, and Calangute--the nightlife hubs of Goa--define the rich Goa nightlife.

Anjuna, in fact, is the "Freak Capital of the World" and is much famed for its many rave parties whose chief characteristic is the Goa Trance, a type of music that virtually leaves the frenzied dancers and revelers in a trance. Anjuna was a famous destination for the hippies in the 60s and the 70s.

Visit Goa. Enjoy Goa nightlife with Goa's shimmering sand, the soothing moon and the bracing waves! Be a part of the young and happening crowds and explore the wild side of your personality about which you may not have know earlier.
